What is Air Cooling?

Air cooling is a process of lowering air temperature by dissipating heat. It provides increased air flow and reduced temperatures with the use of cooling fins, fans or finned coils that move the heat out of a casing such as a computer case.

Air CPU cooler are made of Two section

1). Heat Sink

2). FAN

1). Heat Sink.

Which material are is use to made your Heat sink?

-         in budget CPU cooler most of Heat sink Are made of Aluminum. Whenever we increase price of air cooler The Expensive Air Cooler Are Made of Copper. Copper is expensive in Cost Because of Copper is easily Transfer Heat.

   

  

     -   A Heat Sink is a passive HEAT exchanger that transfers the heat generated by an electronic or a mechanical device to a fluid medium, often air or a liquid coolant, where it is dissipated away from the device, thereby allowing regulation of the device's temperature at optimal levels.

     -   If you want good heat Transfer Thane you go for Expensive Air cooler. And you want to over clock your CPU then you Chose Expensive Air Cooler.

     -  In expensive Air Cooler the Base of Cooler Is very good finished. Shown in image.

    -   The Base of air cooler very important because In your CPU surface Are Flat so you required Flat Surface Air Cooler for Good Attachment. In Most Of the coolers Flat surface is not there & Little little Gap Is There. Gap is not good.

    -  If you want to decide any Heat sink Quality Is depend open How muck quantity Heat is removing From Heat sink. Who much effectively Remove the Heat. Is no matter how much your Fan Run very fast.

    -  Heat sink are some limitation It depend on how much heat it can Transfer. Heat Sink it also Depend on its Surface Area if you are increase surface Area the heat Transfer rate is Also Increase.

    -  A computer fan is any fan inside, or attached to, a computer case used for active cooling. Fans are used to draw cooler air into the case from the outside, expel warm air from inside, and move air across a heat sink to cool a particular component.

    -  Fan Is one of the important components of Air CPU Cooler. In Fan The speed controller Should Be very Good. RPM of Fan Is depend On Speed Controller. Fan quality is most Important How much noise it generate.   

    -  Air Cooler Is most Important Part of CPU.

    - If you have good combination of Heat sink & Fan Then you have good CPU cooler. If you not have good combination and Have some fault in your design of fan Or Heat sink then your Air cooler is not Good.
